The Origins Wellness Membership turns self-care into a monthly ritual. For $99 a month you receive a $99 wellness credit toward services, enough for a 50-minute Therapeutic Massage or one of our Essential Skincare treatments, plus 50% off our regular price on every service. Wellness credits are for SERVICES ONLY. They may be applied to any base service, to enhancements and add-ons, and to specialty services where the member pays the upgrade fee. They may NOT be used for retail, gratuity, or gift card purchases. The 50% member discount applies to services. It does not apply to retail — members receive a separate 10% off Organic Origins branded retail only, which excludes Circadia and other skincare lines. Also included: a 30-minute birthday upgrade once per year in the member's birthday month. Unused credit rolls over and does not expire while the membership is active. No contract; cancel anytime with 3 business days' notice before your next billing date.
Membership Details
Your $99 monthly credit is added automatically each billing cycle and rolls over — unused credit does not expire while your membership remains active and in good standing. Credit may be applied to SERVICES ONLY: any base service, enhancements and add-ons, and specialty services where you pay the upgrade fee. Credit may NOT be used for retail, gratuity, or gift card purchases.
You may cancel at any time with at least three business days' notice before your next billing date. Your membership remains active through the end of the current billing cycle, and monthly fees already charged are non-refundable. Any wellness credits you have accrued are yours to enjoy for one year from your date of cancellation; after that year, any unused credits will expire.
Memberships may be paused (frozen) once every ROLLING 12 months — a new pause may not begin within 12 months of the START DATE of the previous pause. Not a calendar year. A pause may run for up to 3 months, for travel, medical, or other personal reasons. Submit the freeze request at least 3 business days before the next billing date. A request inside that window means the current cycle bills as normal and the pause begins with the following cycle. During a freeze: billing and credit accrual pause and resume automatically on the resume date. Previously banked wellness credits are retained and may still be redeemed. The member KEEPS their 50% member pricing during the freeze — but Boulevard does not apply it automatically while a membership is paused, so it must be applied manually at checkout. Never charge a held member the non-member rate. 2026 TRANSITION COURTESY — CHECK THIS BEFORE DECLINING A SECOND PAUSE. The once-per-rolling-year limit was not enforced before 20 July 2026, so some members paused more than once this year. Any member who has already used more than one hold in 2026 may receive ONE final courtesy hold this year. Log it in the client's profile notes as "2026 courtesy hold used." After that the standard rule applies, measured from the courtesy hold's start date, with no further exceptions. Boulevard does not enforce the frequency limit or the 3-month maximum. The resume date entered and the note in the client's profile are the enforcement, so the profile note must never be skipped — the pause START DATE is what runs the 12-month clock.
